This is one of a bunch of recent biographies of Roosevelt—it focuses mostly on the intellectual products of his Presidency: imperialism, environmentalism, the Strenuous Life, etc. A pretty good introduction to Roosevelt’s thought and also a guide to where some of his funkier ideas came from.
