A pretty good overview of Dylan’s 1960s work, but not as creative or engrossing as Greil Marcus’s “Like A Rolling Stone”: Bob Dylan at the Crossroads. If you can’t figure out why people like Highway 61 and Blonde on Blonde, though, reading this along with listening to the albums again might help you get there.
